Our commitment

World Villa Awards aims to make its website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. World Luxury Media Group Limited is responsible for the website and welcomes feedback that helps us identify and remove barriers.

The standard we aim to meet

Our aim is to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 at Level AA. These guidelines cover how to make websites more accessible to people with a wide range of access needs. This is a statement of our target, not a claim that every page or feature has been verified as conforming.

Our priorities

We aim to support keyboard navigation, visible keyboard focus, clear headings and links, readable contrast, text resizing and screen-reader use. Our priorities also include meaningful text alternatives for images, clearly labelled forms, understandable error messages and accessible entry and voting processes.

When adding or updating content, we aim to use plain language and provide captions, transcripts or other suitable alternatives where needed. Accessibility should form part of the design, development and review of our website.

If you experience a barrier, need information in a different format or need help using an entry or voting process, please contact us. Include the page address, what you were trying to do, the problem you encountered and your preferred way for us to respond. If useful, tell us the browser or assistive technology involved. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility enquiries within five working days and explain the next steps. Where a fix takes longer, we will discuss a suitable alternative way to access the information or service. If an awards deadline is approaching, please include it in your message so we can prioritise assistance.
